Anthony T. Visconsi - Kelly & Visconsi

Anthony T. Visconsi and his family have been involved in the real estate business for over fifty (50) years. His grandfather built the first shopping center in Cleveland in 1940, and his uncle, Dominic, was the driving force behind national mall developer Jacobs, Visconsi & Jacobs. Before forming Kelly & Visconsi Associates, Tony spent two (2) years with the Ostendorf-Morris Company and three (3) years with Visconsi Realty Associates as a retail commercial broker. His area of expertise is in tenant preservation and is currently working with several retailers in their expansion efforts throughout Ohio and other major national markets. In addition, Tony has extensive experience in commercial land assemblage and has put together single and multiple user sites throughout Northeastern Ohio. He is a graduate of the University of Dayton and has an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.
