Greg Slyman - Kelly & Visconsi

Greg Slyman recently relocated to Cleveland from Chicago where he spent the last two years selling commercial and residential real estate for a national brokerage firm. While at this firm, Greg ranked in the top 10% of sales for real estate agents in the Chicago area. He gained much of his experience in real estate buying and selling industrial properties for redevelopment purposes. He has negotiated and sold over $10 million in industrial, commercial and residential property to municipalities and corporations. Additionally, his expertise lies in investment sales and commercial leasing. Currently, he represents over 750,000 square feet of commercial retail space. He is a graduate of Baldwin-Wallace College, with a degree in business management. .
