Richard W. Kelly - Kelly & Visconsi

Richard W. Kelly has been involved in the commercial/retail brokerage business for over twenty (20) years in the Cleveland market. Prior to forming Kelly & Visconsi Associates, Rich was Vice President of the Realty and Development Divisions of Visconsi Companies for six (6) years. Rich also spent ten (10) years with two (2) other substantial brokerage firms based in Cleveland. Rich has done extensive tenant representation for major retail accounts and worked on various types of projects, which include the leasing of new and existing retail developments, disposition of properties and land acquisition for many retailers. His vast experience in the industry brings a high level of sophistication to his retail brokerage assignments. Rich is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University.
