Samuel G. Barnes, Jr. - Kelly & Visconsi

Samuel G. Barnes, Jr. joined Kelly & Visconsi Associates in 2002. Sam specializes in tenant representation of national and regional tenants, with an emphasis on restaurant chains. In addition, he has worked on various types of projects which include disposition of properties, land acquisition and leasing of existing centers, sites and multi-tenant shopping centers. Sam also focuses on commercial retail investments for his clients. Prior to joining Kelly & Visconsi Associates, Sam was with Grubb & Ellis for five (5) years.
