Jason Jarchow
Jason Jarchow joined Kelly & Visconsi Associates retail team in 2010. Jason was actively involved in the Chicago retail market for the past four (4) years. Jason cultivated his talent while working in Chicago with Newmark Knight Frank an international brokerage firm and prominent developer J. Paul Beitler of Beitler Properties. He specialized in providing comprehensive leasing, sales and marketing strategy to landlords as well as assisting tenants in new market entry analysis and execution of store expansion strategy. Jason assisted in growing and leasing a retail agency portfolio to over 7,000,000 square feet. Noteworthy tenant representation assignments include Kohler Interiors, Baker Furniture, Ann Sacks and McGuire brands, and securing stores in Chicago, Illinois; Scottsdale, Arizona; and Hubbard Woods, Illinois.
Jason is a licensed real estate salesperson in Ohio and Illinois. He graduated from Prescott College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in education. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
