Ridge Park Square welcomes Michaels

Michaels has recently completed a deal at Ridge Park Square. The Michaels store will take 25,000 sf of the former Tops space. Their store will be located right next to TJ Maxx.
Construction is expected to start immediately, and the store will open either later this year or January 2012.
Rich Kelly and Greg Slyman worked with Michaels and Ridge Park Square to facilitate this transaction.
