Avalon Exchange comes to Coventry

Coventry Village in Cleveland Heights has never looked so good! The addition of Avalon Exchange has brought Coventry to near full occupancy.
Avalon Exchange recently opened in Coventry Village at the corner of Coventry Rd. and Hampshire Rd. Avalon buys clothing everyday providing for a constantly changing inventory. They began in 1988 as a vintage clothing store and have since remained at forefront of fashion. Avalon also has stores in Pittsburgh, St. Louis and Bethesda, Maryland.
Bill Carothers of Kelly & Visconsi Associates represented Avalon on this 4,800 sq ft deal.
